These terms define the rules, responsibilities, and operational boundaries of Clinty custom AI agents. By deploying an agent, you agree to these parameters for email triage and calendar automation.

1. Agent Calibration & Control
Core Agreement
Clinty builds single-purpose AI agents that act as personal assistants. These agents operate based on parameters and preferences calibrated directly by the user. You are responsible for maintaining accurate configuration rules within your system dashboard.
2. User Responsibility & Oversight
Users retain full control and ultimate responsibility for actions executed by their custom agents. This includes all automated email correspondence drafts, calendar bookings, and scheduling confirmations. Clinty does not assume liability for automated communication errors.
3. Service Boundaries & Support
You retain full ownership of your data and ultimate responsibility for all actions executed by your custom agents. Clinty operates strictly as a technical builder.
Service availability, integration boundaries, and support response times are clearly defined. Clinty provides continuous monitoring tools but is not responsible for API disruptions caused by third-party email or calendar providers. Technical support is guaranteed within twelve hours.
